    Instructions:

    1. Beat the egg whites until soft peaks form (this gives the pancakes a fluffy texture!).
    2. In another bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and baking powder.
    3. Gently fold the egg whites into the dry mixture along with the milk, being careful to keep the batter light and airy.
    4. Cook on a buttered pan until golden brown on both sides.
